A trailer has been released for an illustrated film titled Dr. Professors Evil Thesis with film being scheduled for a 2011 release.
A Finland based crew are behind the awesome trailer and at first glances it would appear that we are in for a real treat.
The projects creators are calling 'Thesis of Evil' a Motion Novel (yes we have yet another term for motion comic). Reasons behind calling it a "Motion Novel" seems very much the same as Matt Pizzolo's reason behind calling Godkiller an "Illustrated Film" (which was released mid 2010). They can call it what they like because like Pizzolo's work it looks great.
The crew is comprised of young and talented artists working pro bono. This Illustrated Film combines photography, photo manipulation, 3D graphics and sound to create a stylish visual narrative that could be described best as a kind of an animated comic book.
The film will be in English and it will premiere in late spring 2011.

I can't wait to see this illustrated motion animated film novel comic . It looks great.
Fun idea about the super villians. I always did prefer Lex to Superman and sometimes think of Lex as the protaganist (it comes u0p in therapy along with Syd Barret singing pink elephants)
The GFX look great.
High quality! Wet my appetite for more. Illustrated Films is a better term than motion novel. Probably a language breakdown somewhere in motion novel.
An interesting looking dude. Let's see what he can do. Bet he doesn't have sharks with frickin lasers attached to their heads.
